These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mae44 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mae44 website located at https://mae44.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered through it.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

mae44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the mae44 website, mobile site, and all associated gaming services accessible at https://mae44.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balances granted to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by mae44 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or bet placement conducted through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of mae44 including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, or infrastructure failures.

To register and maintain an Account on mae44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mae44 strictly prohibits the use of its services by any person under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of mae44 or its affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or gambling restriction issued by mae44 or any responsible gambling authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you and governed accordingly. mae44 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

You agree to notify mae44 immediately upon becoming aware of any of the following:

• Unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Loss, theft, or compromise of your login credentials;
• Any suspicious activity on your Account, including unrecognised transactions.

mae44 may require Players to complete KYC verification at any stage of their account lifecycle, including but not limited to account registration, withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds, or where suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mae44 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for most payment methods. Processing times may vary for bank transfers.
• mae44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name and has been previously used for a deposit, or has been verified through KYC.
• mae44 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfers within 15–60 minutes.
• These timelines are targets, not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
• mae44 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to withdrawal.

mae44 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer once. Duplicate claims via multiple accounts constitute prohibited conduct.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused or unmet bonus funds will expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• mae44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and markets specified for each promotion. Certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — specific contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• In the event of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, mae44 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• The Refer A Friend bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral is paid upon the referred Player completing registration, passing KYC, and making a qualifying minimum deposit. Referral rewards are credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to mae44's applicable betting rules for the relevant sport, market, or game type. By placing a bet, the Player confirms that they have reviewed and accept the applicable rules.

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is not permitted unless mae44 determines that the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds or market pricing.
• Manifest Errors: mae44 reserves the right to void bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds, prices, or terms resulting from typographical, technical, or human error. Players will be notified and any affected stakes returned promptly.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. mae44 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets for any given fixture.
• Where a sporting event is suspended, cancelled, or abandoned prior to its natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with mae44's event-specific rules as published on the Platform at the time of the event.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to specific markets, events, or account tiers. Mae44 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits at its discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RTP percentages for all slot games are available from the respective game providers on request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity in breach of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward mae44 staff or other Players.

mae44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct;
• Suspected money laundering or breach of AML regulations;
• Suspected use of the Account by a person under 21 years of age;
• Where mae44 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, or law enforcement body.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, mae44 reserves the right to forfeit any balance (real money and/or bonus funds) held in the Account at the time of suspension. Where closure is initiated by the Player voluntarily (including via self-exclusion), real-money balances in excess of any applicable bonus restrictions will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after any pending withdrawal requests are reviewed.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations, and the overall design and appearance of the Platform — is the property of mae44 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction techniques on the Platform;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mae44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures;
• Errors in game outcomes or odds displayed;
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

mae44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mae44's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mae44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Cool-off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be closed and re-registration will be prevented.

mae44 applies industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and mae44 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, or your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which mae44 is incorporated and licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact mae44's customer support team to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. mae44 commits to responding to Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
